Meet the Founder

Juliette Bush: Founder & Chief Experience Officer

Juliette’s passion for people and places gave birth to BRAVE BY FAITH Travel in 2017. Born in Queens, NEW YORK, she holds a Bachelors Degree in Marketing and is the best-selling author of Brave by Faith: Stepping Out in Faith and Doing What God Is Calling You to Do and I’m 30, I’m Single, And I Don’t Care!

Leaving her homeland for the first time in 2009 as an international flight attendant for Emirates Airlines, Juliette (“Jules”) sudden exposure to cultures and languages so different from her own sparked a profound yearning for people and their pain, passions and search for purpose. Bravely moving into international missions with no more than three months rent in her bank account, she spent several years serving in Southern Africa through the Hillsong Africa Foundation, where she realized there is nothing she loves more than taking others on wild adventures with Jesus, humbly stirring up a fresh excitement for their future and calling. Juliette’s original travel blog, Jules The Explorer, inspired hundreds of young women and men to apply for their passports, breaking down the misconception that travel was an unobtainable goal for most.

As she boldly embarked on trips to new destinations with a small bag and budget, she made her anthem loud – YOU CAN DO IT TOO! Over the years Jules has learned that it is not personality, upbringing, status nor education that gives you wings, but that faith alone is what makes you brave. As she scouts the globe today, seeking out new gems to showcase to those who have a desire for God‘s creation as she does, His promises of daily bread and living water continually prove themselves true. Jesus is her pilot and business partner, in Him she has full trust and through her company BRAVE BY FAITH she prays many more sisters and brothers will come to know Christ’s complete love, mercy, creativity and faithfulness and their own power and potential through Him.
